Please note that the official PHA invoice will only reflect the total amount due and will not include this separate online payment processing fee.


2Payment via bank transfer may be completed through a standard bank deposit, an online bank‑to‑bank transfer, or an over‑the‑counter transaction to the designated account. To finalize the process, proof of payment (such as a deposit slip, transfer confirmation, or screenshot of the online transaction) must be sent to PHA Finance for validation.

During the initial stages of your transaction, PHA Pay may collect additional information to record your payment, which will then be validated through Paymongo. Subsequent steps, including entering your credit card information and mobile number OTP, take place within Paymongo's secure payment system, which uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption standard supported by most internet browsers.
